• Do I earn 2 joker ammo when putting my 2 first cards in my magazine at the beginning of the game?

No as it is a setup action. Jokers are gained during the game :

• either by realizing Action A-Share ammunitions,
• either by using the power of the level 1 mosnter I’ve just killed to exchange a card from my hand with one of the 2 cards of my magazine.

• Est-ce que je gagne 2 munitions Joker lorsque je place 2 cartes Munition dans mon chargeur en début de partie ?

Non car il s’agit de la mise en place. Les jokers se gagnent pendant la partie avec l’action A-Partager des Munitions ou en utilisant le pouvoir d’un monstre de niveau 1 éliminé pour échanger une carte de sa main avec un des deux cartes de son chargeur.
